Adam Hayman (P.Geo.) is a Methane Technologist with Highwood Emissions Management. A professional geologist with 10 years of experience in upstream oil & gas operations, Adam brings a wealth of knowledge and a thorough understanding of the ESG challenges companies face today.

Driven by challenge and efficiency, Adam is skilled at breaking operations down to reveal actionable insights from seemingly disconnected pieces. He has a proven track record of convincing teams and organizations to adopt new ideas, technologies, and workflows with minimal disruption.

In addition to collaborating with various technology companies, regulators, and industry partners to reduce emissions, Adam is passionate about optimization and automation through machine learning.

In his spare time, Adam enjoys cooking and spending time with his family and two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels.
