Your Mission

As a Customer Success Specialist, you are the direct connection between Highwood’s clients and our diverse team of experts. You will work to ensure that our clients have access to the right experts, at the right time, providing the insights that address the unique challenges of each organization. Reporting to Highwood’s Director of Revenue, here’s what you’ll accomplish in your first 180 days of work:

  • Develop and maintain Account Management plans for each of our clients
  • Gain an understanding of the entire Highwood product and service offering
  • Identify areas of opportunity and collaborate with the Highwood team to customize our go-to-market approach
  • Provide client feedback to the Highwood product and sales teams
  • Manage a pipeline of business using a Sales CRM to keep the company current on future opportunities
  • Contribute to monthly and quarterly planning sessions

About You

Here are some of the things we’re looking for. Note that we don’t expect you to have all of these qualifications, experiences, and/or skills. We often choose to train someone with the right attitude over hiring the wrong person with the right skills.

  • Experience in an Account Management / customer support role
  • Experience working in the Oil and Gas industry, or with Emissions Management
  • An understanding of the B2B sales process
  • Experience utilizing a sales CRM and reporting on impact within an organization
  • Strong oral and written communications skills
  • Collaborative and professional team player with a positive attitude
  • Independent, self-motivated, and willing to take initiative
  • Excellent attention to detail in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to manage time and projects effectively with competing priorities
