A CDPHE Air Quality Control Commission regulation, effective 02/14/24: “Control of Emissions from Oil and Gas Emissions Operations”. This includes requirements for oil and gas methane emissions reporting, and, as of 2024, includes an “intensity verification rule” which requires operators to build measurement informed inventories.
