Emissions Measurement Technology 

A gas measuring instrument, optionally configured with a deployment platform (e.g., handheld, drone, ground vehicle, aircraft, satellite, or stationary),  that  can  be  used  to  gather  data  on emissions. These data can include binary detections, monitoring, and quantification.
